Opera Garnier

The Palais Garnier Opera is open to visitors: the large staircase, the foyers, the gallery, the temporary exhibition area and the event room.

Every day from 10 AM to 5 PM* (last entrance half an hour before closing).
Closed 1 January, 1 May and for other special events.
*from 10 AM to 1 PM on days when there are matinee performances.

National Paris Opera

This is also home to the famous École de Danse de l’Opéra de Paris - the Paris Opera Dance School. The Opera Ballet is today considered one of the best companies in the world.
